Database Recruitment: A fast and effective way to fill single and multiple vacancies. We work from an initial brief, searching our database and networking contacts on a ‘no placement, no fee’ basis.

Multimedia Advertising: We have adopted a multimedia approach to advertising. As well as having our own website we advertise on a number of generic and specialist websites. We have learnt that placing an advert in the travel papers once a week is not the best way to reach everyone in the industry.

Recommend a Friend Scheme: Whenever we place a candidate we always ask if they know anybody else looking for a move and as a small incentive we offer vouchers to anybody recommending a friend. Our existing database offers an excellent networking tool. Often if a candidate is not interested in a position they know of someone who is!
